1. Can only students book flights through Flyla?

Flights marked with "Student Deal" can only be used by verified students, as we at FLYLA have strict requirements from the airlines. airlines. All normal tickets can also be booked by non-students.

2. Can I check in online at FLYLA?

Whether you can check in online, depends on your operating airline! With most of them it is possible to check in online, so the best thing to do is to check your airline's website.

3. What is the booking class for flights?

When you book a Eurowings flight through us, your booking class is always the Basic fare. With Lufthansa, your booking class is Economy light and with other airlines it is always the equivalent, i.e. always the cheapest booking class.

4. What are the payment methods?

On our website you can currently pay by credit card and by SOFORT transfer. The costs for rebooking will be charged by our credit card provider. Here you will usually receive a payment link where you can make the payment. If you have any questions, please contact Franzi (franziska@flyla.com) and we will find a solution.

5. My friend has registered with my referral link, why haven’t we received our discount codes yet?

Your friend must be verified as a student, this can be done in MyProfile → Verify Student. If you still have not received your discount code contact our support by writing an e-mail to franzi@flyla.com.

6. Where can i use my Discount code?

You can enter the discount code above the payment options in the last booking step.
